This is the best thing I have found to use with shopify, it is very easy to learn, I am adding my 2nd client now. at least 20 more to go. Wish I had found this 2 -3 years ago No looking back
Robert (and others) in the customer service team are experts. They thoroughly investigate any issues in the most granular detail, and prescribe tailored solutions to you (not generic answers or links to knowledge pages).
Fantastic onboarding with A2X. Kim Pacy guided me through the UI via screenshare and sent clear recap emails. My store now flows into QuickBooks smoothly, and the setup is well organized.
The trial only allows you to see 3 payouts, and for us this just shows a couple of cash transactions and a bunch of strange $0 payouts, so we can't actually verify if the software works. The response from support was to badger us to pay. Nope... going to try something different.

A2X, specifically Kim and Robert, helped me out greatly today! it's so nice to be able to rely on TRUE professionals to help advise me, the non-traditionally trained bookkeeper in providing excellent data for my client! A2X has been an invaluable resource for consolidating our Accounting on a few different platforms (Paypal, Shopify, Amazon and Walmart.) Their customer service responds quickly and efficiently. It really has been a huge time saver in terms of reporting. Highly recommend them.

A2X has been a great experience so far. Great support team that has been willing to walk me through every step of the way (Thank you!). We use A2X for syncing both Amazon and Shopify orders and haven't had an issue with either up to this point.

We’re still in the setup phase with A2X, but so far, everything’s been going really well. The tool looks like it’s going to make our e-commerce accounting so much easier. What really stands out is the support. Jana and Jessica have been amazing! Super responsive, kind, and really know their stuff. They’ve made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. So far, so good!
Great product and great customer service. I use a few of these types of programs for various customers and A2X is by far the best. It is a little pricier, but worth it for the functionality and customer service, especially if you are tracking COGS without inventory. Highly recommend.

A2X has been a huge help in organizing and categorizing our finance reports in QuickBooks, especially with our Shopify transactions. It saves us a lot of time by automating the process and ensuring our records are accurate. Their support team is also very approachable and responsive—they’ve helped us resolve variances and provided clear guidance whenever we needed it.

The A2X software helps save so much time when it comes to reconciliations. The support is super helpful. If you talk to John, he is very knowledgeable and helped me figure out mapping issues when they popped up with a new payment channel. The software has a great help section when you need it.
