Excellent product and the customer help is really good! It takes a little bit to set up if you're not overly familiar with accounting terms but they will help you a lot and make sure it all works well. Big thanks to John!

I can't praise this app enough. First of all the assistance in setting this up for a non-accountant skilled business owner was great but most importantly is once the app is setup it saves hours, and I mean hours. In our busy months we ship out hundreds of orders every day, which used to mean manually reconciling the orders. Paypal was the worse. Now it's all completed in a matter of moment. If you think the app is pricey work on the cost benefit it provides to you/your business. It saves me hours every month which is well worth the cost and freedom it provides to run and grow your business.

Very useful service which saves us a lot of time monthly processing all of the Shopify sales directly into our accounting software. All of the journals always match 100%. If the mapping is done correctly there is literally nothing to worry about apart form reconciling the bank monthly. They have a very helpful customer support as well in case there are any issues within the balance sheet or clearing account. Available on call or email. I would recommend it to anyone using Shopify or Amazon.

Excellent app for businesses looking to accurately report their sales. This app is particularly great if you sell both domestically and internationally! We had a few issues in setting up our mappings- and also had quite a few questions, however John was a legend and provided ample support in a very timely matter. Thank you team!

I do not think you can properly document Shopify unless you use a tool like A2X. I was doing it manually for 2 stores and it was working but lately with refunds and combining of deposits and refunds nothing was matching up anymore. Thanks to Kim for helping me!

A2X has been a great tool us! It helped streamline our payout process and has cut my time by a lot. I have been able to focus on other parts of our business, while mainting our bookkeeping up to date. I would like to thank Kim Pacy for the help in getting us set up. Having come from Sage for 30 years, moving to Xero and using A2X integration all at the same time was scary to say the least. However despite initial worries, I need not have, the support I received from A2X has been exceptional. Big shout out to Manuela and the onboarding team too, each of you have been brilliant. Very happy with the whole experience and it does exactly what I need it to do.

Super easy to purchase and install, and it basically does the setup for you by creating accounts to map the various funds in a transaction to (sales, shipping, tax, etc.). The on top of that they have excellent support that schedules time with you, walks you through anything you have questions about, and stays in touch until you've got it all running correctly.

Will H. from A2X was incredibly helpful in getting me setup with my first ecommerce client to sync their important information to their QuickBooks Online. This will save me so much time each month and will be much more accurate than manually entering information from the Shopify reports. I highly recommend for everyone, especially bookkeepers.
