Surprisingly great product that will pay for itself within the first conversion or two. Also, Amy was available via live chat to help me with any problems. Overall I'm blown away with how much this app offers for the price. This is a must-have!

I couldn't be happier with Abandon Aid! In less than a year, this app has saved our company over $3,500 in recovered sales! On top of that, the customer service is top notch. Anyone running an online shop, should not miss out on lost sales by using this app!

This is a must! Not only am I happy with the rescued orders, but the customers really like the customer service it provides- several have said it was nice to be notified! When looking for app's in the app store, we didn't want something complicated, hard to setup, and emails take a lot of time. This app takes away all three of those problems. Really three apps in 1. But the customer service is so helpful, that if you did potentially have any questions, you wouldn't have to worry at all. An app that works for you and you get to spend the saved time working on other things. What is the question here ? Coolence is reliable and we highly recomment any app that they make.

LOVE this app and have used it since our store opened. The only one minor issue I have (maybe it's just me?) is that the abandoned orders don't actually show up in date order, even when clicking to sort by date received. Otherwise, fantastic!

We've been really pleased with the app itself and even more impressed with the customer service. We've invested in a number of apps and software upgrades recently and had nothing but trouble, with terrible customer service. Thankfully that couldn't be more the opposite in the case. The system was easy to activate and began working almost instantly. It's nice to be able to tailor the email which is sent to the customer offing discount codes etc. Having just upgraded to the unlimited package we wish we'd done that from the start. Nice light, simple app. Have tried all of the others in the app store (as of this writing) and this one is best. Set the reminder to one hour seems to work best for us.... Excellent job and great customer support.

I am a HUGE FAN of Abandon Aid!! It has boosted sales and perfect for those indecisive customers who just needed a little push to purchase. Offering a discount puts the icing on the cake! What I like most is that I don't have to do ANY WORK! Everything is done automatically and is one less thing I have to do. Recommended to anyone in the eCommerce business!!!

This app is simply fantastic. So simple in implementation but delivers a quality must have product. You don't have to do anything and it does all the work for you - of orders that would otherwise be lost for ever. Look forward to many recovered orders!!

This ap is so easy to use. I love their re-vamped look and name. I got them back when they were coolence. Through them I can see customers I never knew I had that abandoned orders that I can try for again later with marketing or something else in addition to their automatic emails. Very worth it!
