I like this app because it connects to my AC email & CRM system and then the magic begins. You can create automations based on most ecommerce behaviors. I see that integrations with other apps are added all the time which makes the whole app decision easier. Emails with product integrations works great as well. I´ll continue to use this app for sure.

I use AC for so many things, from landing pages to email management to CRM. It is powerful, flexible and relatively easy. The learning curve is steep, but after you are onboarded (I highly recommend getting a few sessions with an AC customer support agent), you will be freed up from many repetitive tasks.

The app works great! Its integration with Shopify is especially useful with segmenting customers. That way you can send specialized emails to certain people like if someone hasn't used a specific coupon, you can send an email just to them.

This is one of the best integrations we've made so far to create a better customer experience over all. It's easy to use, you get a lot of ready-made automations that are awesome and simple to understand. We've tried the abandoned cart automation and it's given us a greater chance to recover those forgotten sales. As a non techy person, I would suggest to adjust the information on the timing of the automations since it took me a while to understand when exactly the automations starts. Overall, great app!

Great tool to manage your mail marketing and online sales and cross all data and automate everything. I highly recommend both apps: shopify and Active Campaign. It is not cheap though.

An excellent app in combination with Shopify. A great integration and very useful data, easy to set up campaigns and automations to get more sales. Great way to split customers preference with tags and specify products to like to the best opening rate. Very happy with this!

We started using Active Campaign when we launched Kollo and it has been an instrumental part of the business. I had never truly realised the power of email marketing until we started. The tutorials and support has been exceptional, we would not use anyone else.

We recently converted to selling retail through Shopify, and added on the Shopify app within the ActiveCampaign platform as well. It has worked flawlessly and we have no complaints!

I used this app to automate the process of keeping up with customers and allowing them to have the most informed and easy experience shopping with us. Having templates pre-built for instances such as leaving the cart, or unfinished order allows us to make the most of each customer. Another awesome way to use active campaigns automation is triggering informative emails to be sent based on the products that a customer would buy, even showing interest in!

I use AC with Shopify because it's robust without being complicated. I've used a couple of other email marketing platforms and AC is by far my favorite. The only thing I wish it could do is magically recognize when a customer leaves a review and start an automation!

Here's the thing, it's not really an app, it's a direct connection from your e-commerce platform to your mailing list & automations. We were using Zapier for awhile to trigger individual actions and add customers to lists based on keywords/tags etc, but this just does it all for you, automatically, and it's beautiful. The best thing that we use this for is for an automated abandoned cart automation. Shopify's is good, but with AC you can have it as long or as short as you'd like, based on parameters, triggers, etc etc. This overnight took our abandoned cart recover % from 0.08% to almost 2%. That's HUGE! There are a lot of $15 apps we pay for, but as long as we're with shopify and/or AC I don't see any reason in the world why we wouldn't want to continue investing in this tool. I want to recommend this app since it does help us save a lot of time managing all the subscribers' information. We was used to be in the Woocommerce. When transferring to a new platform, Shopify, the last thing to see is we lost all of our previous customer's information. AC had helped us easily import and feed all the information that we need.
