Great app! Especially like the "Unverifiable Address" notification, we can notify customer when the shipping address seems incorrect, thus reduce the delivery failure. Keep up the good work!

Playing email tag with customers regarding address verification is very tedious and time - consuming. This app streamlines the process perfectly! I contacted support with a few ideas and they responded quickly and were able to implement a few features for us. Great app & Great customer service.

I emailed a request to include parcel lockers in the PO box warning function. The email was sent at 10pm in the developer's timezone, they responded, clarified and deployed to production in under two hours! Fantastic support and a great app. We have it on five production stores. Great job!

This is a great App, highly recommended. Initially they did not cover our Country (NZ), I emailed and asked if they had plans and they immediately responded back advising they will be, but in a month or two. This suited us, as we were a couple months out from launching our store. Prior to launch we tested the App, it worked well. They were very open to feedback and took on board some suggestions, offering up their test site to check if some of their new features met our needs. The App developer is very easy to deal with, is prompt with replies, is professional and goes the extra mile to ensure the App suits our business's checkout process. Excellent app which has saved us a great deal of time validating incorrect or insufficient addresses. The development team are really great as well, constantly working with us to resolve any issues and implement any suggestions that we have.
