Amazing support team! I reached out with a custom request and they got back to me straight away with code that fixed the problem. Have had this problem for a while and RoboTurk was the only one that came back to me with a solution. Highly recommend!

Great app! Especially like the "Unverifiable Address" notification, we can notify customer when the shipping address seems incorrect, thus reduce the delivery failure. Keep up the good work!

Playing email tag with customers regarding address verification is very tedious and time - consuming. This app streamlines the process perfectly! I contacted support with a few ideas and they responded quickly and were able to implement a few features for us. Great app & Great customer service.

Wow, amazing app! So easy to install and use. I ran into what I thought was an issue so I reached out to the telephone support line. While the phone was ringing I found the solution so I hung and within a minute Wilson called. He apologized for missing the call and helped me include another awesome feature! Highly recommend this app!

Update! We have had this App installed now for last 7/8 months - Highly Recommended App with great professional support, provided by great people. Customers experience a nicer, more secure checkout procedure with this App installed. Its So easy to install too and new features are always being added. Pricing is perfect. I emailed a request to include parcel lockers in the PO box warning function. The email was sent at 10pm in the developer's timezone, they responded, clarified and deployed to production in under two hours! Fantastic support and a great app. We have it on five production stores. Great job!

It's amazing to see just how many customers accept the new validated address that is offered to them! This should cut down on delivery errors. Also, Wilson is very responsive. **updated on Feb 21, 2019 ** I asked Wilson to allow us to configure the email contact displayed on the form, and he implemented my request. It is now an additional field that I can configure. Definitely recommend this app. Great app!

This is a great App, highly recommended. Initially they did not cover our Country (NZ), I emailed and asked if they had plans and they immediately responded back advising they will be, but in a month or two. This suited us, as we were a couple months out from launching our store. Prior to launch we tested the App, it worked well. They were very open to feedback and took on board some suggestions, offering up their test site to check if some of their new features met our needs. The App developer is very easy to deal with, is prompt with replies, is professional and goes the extra mile to ensure the App suits our business's checkout process. Thanks Wilson and Team, much appreciated.

Excellent app which has saved us a great deal of time validating incorrect or insufficient addresses. The development team are really great as well, constantly working with us to resolve any issues and implement any suggestions that we have.

Address Validator has prevented countless man hours chasing orders that have incorrect addresses. What makes this app great though is the level of customer service. The team at Address Validator answer each question immediately and have even gone so far as to implement suggestions we've had to make the app better.
