Rafael H has been an amazing support. I am a new shopify website owner and i have been using Adscale from day 1 . Adscale has taken the complexity of trying to market your business through its amaznig automated service. Already i am seem sales and more conversion. So far, so good. While we've only been using the app a few days, the system looks pretty sophisticated and we're cautiously optimistic for increased revenue and ROAS. Rafael was super-helpful in explaining how things work and making adjustments in the system. Especially on a weekend! It wonderful to him available to support us with something as complex as Google and Facebook marketing. A+

I used Adscale for a couple of months and saw good results but I felt I needed some assistance to better optimise the campaigns. I reached out for help and I'm so glad I did. WOW. We installed the user friendly AdScale App nearly two months ago on our Shopify store. Although we had previously run our own advertising campaigns on Facebook / Instagram and Google, we were never able to obtain acceptable return on ad spend (“ROAS”), with our won results consistently coming in below 100%. However, since installing AdScale, we achieved over 100% ROAS within the first month of installing the App, and as we approach the completion of our second month, our ads campaigns through AdScale are increasingly showing growth on ROAS and are well on our way to achieving our goal of between 200% and 300% ROAS. What makes AdScale so impressive is that in top of achieving great results, the internal dynamics of the App automates the process of optimizing the campaigns, dedicating the necessary budget to successful campaigns, and reducing the budget of those not performing as well or turning them off. This is done on a 24x7 basis so we do not have to worry about optimizing the campaigns which allows us to focus on managing the growth of our business. This should be sufficient to make any client happy, but what makes this App extraordinary is the customer support we have received from day one from the Team at AdScale: Noam, Yuval and Amit and other members of the team. I've been using AdScale since I launched the business (2+ years), first on WooCommerce, and then they supported our move to Shopify. What can I say? They have consistently delivered results, it's a great platform that you can easily work with yourself to create new ads and allow the algorithm to optimise it for best results, it's literally fool proof. On top of that, you have fantastic level of support, any time you need to speak to someone, you can email and receive a reply very quickly. You can also book a 30-min video chat with them, all of this comes with the price.
