Rafael is a terrific partner. AdScale is above and beyond what you would expect for adding an 'app' to your store. He cares about how your store/ads are performing - not just looking for the monthly flow. He understands clearly that if he can assist in getting traffic/sales to your store the right way, it all works out! Our store hasn't done much ad work across SM/Google, so we are in a learning mode to see what will work - being patient and letting the system work is key. This app has really improved our overall sales in a very short amount of time. The staff is extremely helpful and it's always a pleasure to work with them. I am still in the trial period but have a very favorable impression so far. The onboarding process is a standout for a small store that usually has to make do with FAQs or a YouTube tutorial for a new app. Rafael is very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my store's particular history and long-term goals. Headed into the New Year I feel optimism.
