great app for promoting a business with detailed targeting and specs to collect all the data which will be needed for the time span.

Amazing app and service behind it! The adscale platform is easy to use and It has very good features that allows you to create great campaigns in a very practical way. Adscale has brought incredible results for our store with ROAS up to 12x. Before adscale, we have tried working with several different marketing agencies to manage our ads campaigns but we never managed to achieve such great results as when using Adscale. Definitely recommend!!!

So far the experience is good, hoping to see 10X results as claimed. Onboarding was quite easy as we were apprehensive initially but it was quite self explainatory.

The set up process was surprisingly easy. I chose to market my ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. I'm waiting for the ads to get up and running.

I started using this app over 1 year now i.e. since the starting of my small business with less budget. The best part of this app it is very simple and easy to use, I do not need to worry about my ad copy, bidding or reaching the audiences infact I have not changed my ad since many months. I stock-restock my products on my online store and Adscale AI app does the work for me. Customer service is getting better with days. I would highly recommened this app and it works absolutely fine with any ad budget from smallest to huge campaign.

Really impressed with this app so far! My ads are tidily integrated and I have already seen a bump in sales. Customer support has been first class so far too. I have been given a customer success manager and he went through everything with me and helped me optimise the app. Really impressed.

I don't know how good or bad this App works. I am facing facebook integration issues and the person in support team doesn't seem to be bothered. I have been waiting for the revert from this support guy from last two hours. I had an existing FB Ad account which was not pulled by Adscale apparently and they created a new account for me. With this new account, I am facing challenge with adding my payment information, Facebook is not allowing to add any credit card information. Facebook support team asked to check with Adscale since they set up this new account for me. On reaching out to their support team, the person has put me hold from last two hours. Such a bad very first customer service experience. Below is the chat with the support guy. pasting it here since attaching screenshot is not an option here. "great, now it will appear in the dropdown are you with me? is the problem fixed O ? let me check no.. still not able to add credit card even same problem with editing business details are you there? ??? this is too much of turn around required to answer a query let me know if you are not able to resolve it instead of making me wait for hours you seem to be least bothered to reply"
Hi, During the onboarding process you had the option to select the existing accounts or create a new one. I guess a new one was selected and this is what was created. In any case we can switch over to your existing account if you like. About support - an agent was on the chat with you and let you know we are looking into switching over you account but when they returned some minutes later you were not on the call anymore. Support has contacted you several times to complete the onboarding to your requested account. Please answer them so you can properly evaluate the app and not get the wrong impression.
