Appalling experience. Account suspended, didn't get started until trial almost over. Once it was on delivered only 1 sale (compared to my 10+/day). Now my campaigns are deleted, all work gone & they're accusing me of uninstalling when I never did. They're unprofessional amateurs. Ontop of all this only had 2 days left of trial (so I barely got to actually trial it!) and they refused to reset my trial back to 14 days. Ridiculous steer clear of this company!

Great customer service but slightly irritating website. Can't say much about the benefits of AdScale yet as they have trouble with running and publishing my advertisements.

I love how easy the platform is to use. I set it up yesterday afternoon with a $20 per day budget and had our first sale that evening. I can't wait to see the results after a few weeks of AdScales AI optimization, more new ads, and a higher daily budget.

Adding AdScale to our Shopify store is the best decision that we could have made. Easy to use with a sleek design and informative menus, AdScale takes all the hassle out of advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. With so many different ad options and campaigns that never stop learning, AdScale lets you easily create ads that are sure to be seen by your audience and is particularly effective for promoting and building hype for sales. AdScale also makes advertising on Google a breeze. Anybody familar with Google AdWords would know how much of a confusing platform that was, and whilst Google Ads is now better, it can't compare to the ease and effectiveness of AdScale. We have seen insane ROAS with the ads that we have posted through AdScale, and when I have time I like to go through some orders and check the conversion details, and the number of conversions attributed to AdScale is phenomenal. The AdScale team are friendly and helpful with a lot of expertise and advice to give. They know their app like the back of their hand and I have truly learned a lot from them - special thanks to Tali and Ryan.

I just downloaded AdScale, however, set up has been super easy so far! Waiting for my ads to be approved so I can start seeing what kind of results they will bring in. I love the pre-typed ad scripts though!

Be aware that the AdScale application will claim your Google Merchant Center URL as the Owner. If you have manual ads running already in google, this particular process will cause Google to disable your product feed and thus any ads using your product feed will not perform. This happened to us and we lost 2 full days of revenue. We really had high hopes for the AdScale app since we are at the point where we are growing and need a better way to manage our ads. We hope the AdScale development team considers a different process for how they manage uploading product feed data. They should instead, ask for admin access in order to prevent such issues. This app may indeed work for others, but for us, we did not find any value. The support replies were short and sort of argumentative. MY feedback is that the AdScale R&D team take customer feedback and use it to make improvements.
