So far it was easy to install. Am waiting for approval which takes 3 days. So, I can only speak to the setup as of now and not the ROI.

So far the experience is good, hoping to see 10X results as claimed. Onboarding was quite easy as we were apprehensive initially but it was quite self explainatory.

Really impressed with this app so far! My ads are tidily integrated and I have already seen a bump in sales. Customer support has been first class so far too. I have been given a customer success manager and he went through everything with me and helped me optimise the app. Really impressed.

Great customer service but slightly irritating website. Can't say much about the benefits of AdScale yet as they have trouble with running and publishing my advertisements.

Ive been using this app for two weeks now and i can say it made our advertising much more easy. We are no longer hiring someone who run our ads, we do everything by ourselves

Be aware that the AdScale application will claim your Google Merchant Center URL as the Owner. If you have manual ads running already in google, this particular process will cause Google to disable your product feed and thus any ads using your product feed will not perform. This happened to us and we lost 2 full days of revenue. We really had high hopes for the AdScale app since we are at the point where we are growing and need a better way to manage our ads. We hope the AdScale development team considers a different process for how they manage uploading product feed data. They should instead, ask for admin access in order to prevent such issues. This app may indeed work for others, but for us, we did not find any value. The support replies were short and sort of argumentative. MY feedback is that the AdScale R&D team take customer feedback and use it to make improvements.

I have been working with AdScale for 12 months now. This app is very useful and making life easier. The service is amazing! and help to improve results. Highly recommended.
