I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Nicole from Adscale—she has truly gone above and beyond in helping us set up and optimize our account. From the start, she has been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive, making our experience with Adscale much smoother than I anticipated. Having one dedicated point of contact for our campaigns has been a game-changer, and I’ve learned so much along the way! Before Adscale, we were working with expensive agencies, but thanks to Nicole’s guidance, I’ve been able to fully manage our ad campaigns myself—a major win, especially as we aim to run a leaner, more cost-effective business in 2025. That said, while the service and support have been exceptional, I do have some concerns about the Adscale platform itself. It feels buggy, slow to load and navigate, and it lacks some of the functionality and control I’d like to see. At times, I’ve considered shifting away from Adscale to manage campaigns directly on ad platforms for better efficiency and performance optimization. Also, I'm not sure how much insight I'm getting from the AI tech. I want to see how the optimization is working and data to back it up. Without that, I keep wondering if I could save a ton of money by just managing my campaigns directly in Meta and Google. Overall, Nicole is a rockstar, and Adscale has provided a great stepping stone for transitioning away from expensive agency management. But I do hope they improve the platform’s speed, usability, and features to make it a long-term solution for serious advertisers. Would I recommend Adscale? Yes, especially if you’re looking to simplify ad management. But be prepared for some platform limitations.

been using for a while now, while its iterface is good, it is very bad in tracking ROAS. Sales which are not even generated from campaign are being reported as sales. there is no clarity on the sale and its performance. They tag everything to there pixel and have not logical explanation to this incorrect tracking.

I've been with AdScale for about 5 months now on their managed service and have thoroughly enjoyed working with our account manager Ksenyia. She's been attentive and on top of any changes that need to be made. When there were some small technical issues in the beginning, I was given direct access to their CTO to resolve the issue. We've been working with AdScale for 4 months now, after working with 4 different advertising agencies over the past 6 years. We were able to cut not only our overhead cost by 60%, but the strategy in place has been far more efficient with our spend. And we LOVE working with Ivan Pilov. He listens to us, brings great strategic ideas to our meetings, and always follows up within 36 hours from our call (despite being on the other side of the world) with a concise recap, including action items to implement updates and changes (something I've rarely experienced with other vendors).

I have used AdScale for about 2 years now with my Shopify store and had great success vs. using Meta platform direct. ROAS in AdScale vs. Meta has proven better with less confusion and set up times. They also offer a la carte hours and a hosting program to get professional help with set up and other campaign goals. Nicole Kaminer has been EXCELLENT to work with during this time. Out of all the people at AdScale Nicole has consistently been the absolute best to work with. Nicole is responsive, has great insights into campaign goals, maximizes ad spend and has a positive attitude at all times. We used ADscale for a few days, and while we encountered some initial issues, we were quickly and efficiently assisted (thanks to Nicole!). The program is user-friendly, with useful features like targeting people who’ve purchased recently, allowing you to re-engage them and drive repeat purchases. The system worked well, and we were impressed with its capabilities. However, for us, the cost was too high. Since we have a high ad spend, this translated into significant monthly fees. On top of that, email and SMS campaigns are not included in the regular subscription and require additional payments. This was the primary reason we decided to stop using ADscale for now. That said, if our business grows and we have more resources to invest, we would definitely consider coming back and using the platform more comprehensively!
