Dear Advanced Cash on Delivery Developers, Managing 10+ Shopify stores, I find your app lacks features crucial for effective COD control. Competitors like Releasit Cash On Delivery offer: 1.Collection-Based COD: To limit a particular collections or particular products from COD so only prepaid orders will be accepted on that collection. 2.OTP Verification: Reduce fraud and build customer trust with OTP during checkout. The 1st feature is more important you can release this app with first feature also. These features are essential for boosting sales and security. Please prioritize adding them to match Releasit's functionality and make "Advanced Cash on Delivery" the superior COD solution for Shopify merchants. Thank you!

The app is malfunctioning, please check and enable it as soon as possible Typically, when a customer selects an online payment method for shipping, the Shopify COD app automatically hides the COD option.

I've set the COD limit between 0 and 10,000 INR. But still users can place orders above 10,000. Can you please help.

Advanced Cash on Delivery is a great Shopify app for COD with easy setup, verification, and fraud prevention. However, it lacks a crucial feature: user blocking. This is a major drawback for stores dealing with COD fraud. Improvement Idea: Implement user blocking to prevent repeat offenders and suspected fraudsters from placing COD orders. While valuable, Advanced Cash on Delivery could be even better with this addition. I recommend it to other stores, but urge the developers to prioritize user blocking functionality.

Not Able to set purchase limit amount for the product. After setting the min & max amount settings it also not work

Hello Team, Is it possible to collect a partial payment for COD Orders? and the balance customers can pay at the time of delivery. This will help a lot in eliminating fake orders.

At this time, it is not possible to charge merchants a partial payment at the time the order is placed with them also choosing cash on delivery as a payment option. I want to control cod and online payment based on the amount but this app shows both options COD Free and COD Price Please give me a solution to how can I solve this.

app is good for fixed COD shipping rate.. but handling fee option is required. needs to implement one more rule for additional COD Fee based on price of product. if customer order goods of 2000/- and i want shipping charges as 50/- but cash handling fee of 1% flat on goods value then it is not possible at present in this app.

This app should add product wise COD and partial payment too. Like If I want X product should available for COD and Y product not then it can be easily done

App working fine for me. the only issue is with the Handling Fee. As i talk with one of the support team member. She said its a Non Working function. and its a known issue for all. Please guide me to solve this issue.

Trying to limit COD on specific pincodes but csv file not uploading . I want to provide cash on delivery for few products only. Want to restrict customers for placing cod orders, as some customers just keep on rejecting cod orders. Like zipcode please add mobile number restriction. Also please stop charging transaction cost for cancelled cod orders. I hope shopify adds this much needed feature soon.

It is a basic app with good basic functionality but lacks some major features such as : 1. Restrict COD from showing on specific products. 2. Restrict COD payment option to only customers whose country is India.
