Seems like it would be great if all you were doing was pre-orders. Using it with any type of discount doesn't work at all so it fails for my needs. Support says it works fine with coupon codes (and automatic discounts aren't supported) but on entering a discount code, app reports discount is invalid.

They operate in accordance with their strategies. We have added every possible option in our app, As API has many limitations, but we also try to work out of box. Additionally, we stated the compatibility of the app with partial payment coupons in the global settings of the app. Our staff is always glad to assist merchants with app setup and activation. Every message, email, and support request will receive a prompt response from us. Throughout business hours, we are accessible 12 hours a day. I used this app to launch a pre-order promo on our website. There were a few customization issues that needed to be fixed to properly integrate with our page, but their customer service was AMAZING! and they helped us with every detail - quickly and efficiently. Very much recommend these guys!

I love this app it works really well for my store, which uses a partial pay approach for customers wanting to test my products. The team and SUPER helpful and always respond quickly. Highly recommend

Has been a fantastic app! Highly recommend. If anyone is wanting an app that can auto fill a product in the customer cart then this does it. Very nice.

Vipin was awesome at helping me get the app to work properly on a 3rd party Theme. We didn't even have to involve the developer which has never happened. He was professional and efficient and knew the urgency of getting the app up and running. This app is amazing if you are looking away to take preorders without a bunch of personal time tracking the information needed for preorders.

They are super supportive! If you got stuck on a problem, you should ask them first instead of spending time to solve it by yourself. They give you easy-to- understand instruction within a day! Highly recommended app!

I actually couldn't be happier. This app was exactly what I was looking for, incredibly easy to use and install. I was looking for something for preorder with the ability to take a deposit and this app is perfect. The developer could not have been more helpful when I had an issue.

Great app. Even better Customer Service. They helped me out and clarified what I thought was an error, was just a feature that could be toggled on and off. Very fast communication as well. Highly recommend!

This app does exactly what we need it to - being able to pre order and get notified when product is back in stock leads to many more sales for our business. The customer service is always excellent and very prompt.

This is the best app for preorders and partial payment. They have also the best customer service. I have received excellent support from Vipin Garg. There were some compatibility issues because some of our products have custom options and Vipin was able to help me fix them. I fully recommend this app.

We have tried several preorder apps prior to Advanced Preorder with limited success. Advanced Preorder integrates much more seamlessly with our theme (product page, shopping cart, etc.) and provides a large number of configuration options so the app works the way our business needs it to. The app has a short learning curve (we setup our first preorder products in just a few minutes) and is intuitive to use. We did have a question or two initially; however, Vipin was very responsive and helpful.
