This is the best app for preorders and partial payment. They have also the best customer service. I have received excellent support from Vipin Garg. There were some compatibility issues because some of our products have custom options and Vipin was able to help me fix them. I fully recommend this app.

We have tried several preorder apps prior to Advanced Preorder with limited success. Advanced Preorder integrates much more seamlessly with our theme (product page, shopping cart, etc.) and provides a large number of configuration options so the app works the way our business needs it to. The app has a short learning curve (we setup our first preorder products in just a few minutes) and is intuitive to use. We did have a question or two initially; however, Vipin was very responsive and helpful.

The team are excellent and respond well to issues and even requests for changes and improvements. The APP has good features but also needs improvements but the team are responsive and have made a few improvements already

Easily the absolute best pre-order and initial payment app on the store. I moved from a different pre-order app and Advanced PreOrder is just perfect. It does everything so well, constantly adding new features and the support is amazing. Also want to thank Vipin for his fantastic support. Has always answered my questions and helped with any support queries so quickly and efficiently. Honestly, the absolute best app for pre-orders. No need to look at another app.

This is a very useful app especially for new store. The button customization is very cool to match store colors. The words can be customized also; I just used what was written already. Great customer support for to address any issues.

Works flawlessly. Only issue was we were trying to use the pre-order feature with the free trial and could not get it to work. We could only get it to do a coming soon. Got on with support via Team Viewer and he fixed it right away. Just needed to pay for the package (which is very affordable). Support hours are weird if you live in the US, but very quick and responsive.

First of all, the app itself is amazing and does exactly what it says it does. But the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had an issue over the weekend and I had two team members working all weekend to fix it! I will be recommending this app to everyone in need of it.

We have multiple stores where we need to manage pre-orders and this app is by far the best out there. Shikha and her team are very professional and open to any changes that we need to improve the app to suit our processes better. I absolutely recommend it.

By far the best customer service out there!!! The app works great and is easy to set up. Had to contact support and the response time was amazingly less than 1 hour! They were very helpful and fix the issue quickly. Highly recommend!

I encountered a tech problem recently and the person who was in charge of my case, Kawaljeet, was really helpful and responded to me nicely and promptly. It's a useful Pre-order app and accommodates the need sufficiently. Try this app and you won't regret it. -- After a month I found another bug with this app regarding mixed orders. When the buyers purchase pre-order products and in-stocks together, the app can only split the payment on the first product that is put in the cart. The app does not give me an option to correct the balance amount, so it becomes a big problem to me. Keeping collecting wrong balance amount makes more of my workload because I have to communicate with buyers back and forth. Worse than that, it makes my store unprofessional. No one in this team help fix the bug, but on the contrary, keeps telling me everything is fine with their demo store and they never notice this from other users. So I will have to look for another app and do the migration, which is painful. The app provides many useful functions as usual, but there are glitches and bugs always happen sometime and somewhere. I am just tired of it.
