Excellent app and impeccable technical support. APO Product Options is one of the best apps I’ve used on Shopify: extremely flexible, powerful, and well structured. It allows advanced product option management without compromising the user experience. A huge added value is the fast and knowledgeable support. In my case, Maggie and Polina handled my request with precision and professionalism and helped me complete the configuration beyond expectations. So many issues since the update.
Thank you for your feedback, and we are really sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues. We had a look at your account and can see that your store was migrated to the new app version around September, but we don’t see any recent support tickets from you describing the problems you’re running into. We’d really like to investigate this properly - whether the issues started right after that migration or after a more recent update. Could you please reach out to us with a few details? Once we understand exactly what’s going wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it or suggest a clear workaround.

Highest recommendation for this product and its support staff. Our Shopify stores have unusual and complex needs for combining products--far more complex than "what four cookies do you want in your custom box?" APO Product Options is the only app we found that could deliver on the complicated rules necessary for some of our products. Best of all, the support team is extremely responsive to questions and requests. They walked me through every step of setting up options and rules. Whenever we needed tweaks or fixes, they would deliver by next business day, and they would check back to make sure everything was right. I can't say enough good things about this app.
