This app has worked great for us. Really appreciate the excellent and responsive support. Questions and issues have been addressed and resolved quickly. Also, when we were building a new regional store they were able to duplicate and transfer the options to the new store saving us a huge amount of time and money.

I tried to install this app myself and met some issues. The support team responded straight away and helped with a few issues and also styling changes. Very impressed with the app and it's various options as well as the excellent customer support I have recieved so far! Top Marks! :)

Using the basic Shopify plan for my start-up I had a complex set of product variants for my skirting boards that Shopify alone couldn't cater for. After searching the app market Advance Product Options was the clear choice. I installed it and it achieved exactly what I needed. As well as a great product, the support I've received when I've needed it for a few teething problems was superb with my queries answered quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I tried 4 other apps before I found this one. It makes upselling and product options super clean looking at the time that the product is selected. It's exactly what I was looking for. I used their support to perfect the set up of my first item. They were awesome to work with and super responsive.

I tried a few other product options apps, but advanced product options was by far the best. Also the support is super fast and competent.

Advanced Product Options allowed us to set up (and properly charge customers for) custom options that are a pretty large part of our daily sales. MageWorx was very responsive to all requests and helped us get things set up and running properly.

I use this app to allow customers to add embroidery or other customizations to their products. This App allows you to: charge per character have multiple templates which can 'overlap' add images for your custom options (font or color etc) Install was done by them & turn around was very quick Price is great! I used to have an app that charged 3 times as much with not even 1/2 the features & capabilities Doesn't seem to slow page load speed! My only critique is that they can work on upgrading the item assignment aspect to have more logic / automation.

I am trying out the 15 day free trial. It seems to work perfectly for my webshop. I have had some issues with image viewing and the support team was very quick to help fix the problem.
