We use Advanced Product Options to offer our customers the ability to customise our watch range. The flow is 'choose dial', 'choose case' then 'choose strap' with each stage able to add a cost. You can also set a colour or image swatch in the selector but have it bring up a different full size image when selected. Fantastic App and the only app that has allowed be to offer the types and amount of options that I need to my customers. We used another unlimited options app for about six months, and it worked fairly well most of the time, and had most (but not all) of the same features as this one. But the previous app was unstable and the developer stopped supporting it, although it still worked on our site after abandonment. During the period of non-support, I looked at other "product options" apps, and just couldn't find one that offered everything our old app offered, so I just stuck with the old one. But then the old app stopped working completely last week!! So I went into panic mode and started looking for a replacement. Fortunately I found this app and saw that it had all the features I wanted. But my store couldn't take orders at all, so I needed to get it installed FAST! I started working through the installation instructions and although they seemed pretty straightforward, there were a few differences between Mageworx's instructions and our theme's file structure/names/content. So I contacted Mageworx support, and fortunately they were available to install it almost immediately. Then I spent the better part of the day setting up all our options in the new app. Boy am I glad the old app stopped working and forced me to make a change!! This app has great features, is more intuitive and easier to set up than the old one, and has worked flawlessly since installation. And we had a couple of minor formatting issues with our theme that Mageworx fixed within a matter of hours. And they even tweaked the app specifically for our site to get the behavior we wanted (especially on mobile). Couldn't be happier with the app AND the developer's support! Very highly recommended!!

After having to delay my site launch because of two other product option apps failing to work as needed, I came across Advanced Product Options. It does everything I needed, everything I wanted (and everything other apps don't do or charge a lot for) at a great price. I sell stationery, invitations and other paper goods that have many options. A couple of my favorite features are the conditional logic, the option to replace the main product image with one of the custom options, and the ability to have the options change the main price. Customer service was great! Quick to respond and follow up. They helped me install the app and make a few custom tweaks I needed. I highly recommend Advance Product Options and only wish I had found this app months ago! Save yourself a lot of headache and time and use this app.

My store is BullhideBelts.com and all our items are custom made so we have many options for each belt. The Advanced Options app from MageWorx is really great and allows us to create many options and swatches to make checkout and choosing options really easy for customers. I have tried 4 options apps in the past 6 months and this one is by far the best. They also are responsive to emails quickly but I wasn't able to get them by phone at all.

I'm very happy this exists. It's easy to use for me, and the end user. Their support was quick and concerned. I hope one day they give us the ability to clone templates. My product options were very similar, except for one option, so I had to start from scratch with each one. Cloning and then modifying one option in a template would save tons of time. Also, if the swatches popped-up or were zoomable somehow, this would crush it. One final dream wish is the ability for including blocks of text in the options stack of a given product for descriptions and explainations, like other option apps that I have used. Nonetheless, I find this one the best indeed.

Fantastic options app that has everything I was looking for. Having tried every other options app and not been able to find the features that I needed, Advanced Product Options was the one solution that is perfect for my store. In my particular scenario, I needed swatches with configurable images for each option and set prices for each option. Easy to use and can't speak highly enough for the support. Needed quite a few specific alterations and support helped every step of the way until the setup was EXACTLY what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended this app as the best options app on Shopify, and would certainly use on other stores I create. If you're sitting on the fence, give this app a try, you won't be disappointed.
