Great app and amazing support! If you need lots of different options for your products, this app will handle it with style and ease. The support team quickly modified this app to seamlessly integrate with our Shopify template. Highly recommended!

We needed quite a few products options on our site, and after setting up, testing and failing with other 'Unlimited Options' app I was apprehensive using another. HOWEVER, this does work as it should... a lot easier to set up the numerous options I have than previous app... and after discussing a possible 'inclusion' in the app with Mageworx support we've managed to resolve a cosmetic issue with them. EXCELLENT customer service with this... just what you need if you get a little lost in it all.

After having to delay my site launch because of two other product option apps failing to work as needed, I came across Advanced Product Options. It does everything I needed, everything I wanted (and everything other apps don't do or charge a lot for) at a great price. I sell stationery, invitations and other paper goods that have many options. A couple of my favorite features are the conditional logic, the option to replace the main product image with one of the custom options, and the ability to have the options change the main price. Customer service was great! Quick to respond and follow up. They helped me install the app and make a few custom tweaks I needed. I highly recommend Advance Product Options and only wish I had found this app months ago! Save yourself a lot of headache and time and use this app.

My store is BullhideBelts.com and all our items are custom made so we have many options for each belt. The Advanced Options app from MageWorx is really great and allows us to create many options and swatches to make checkout and choosing options really easy for customers. I have tried 4 options apps in the past 6 months and this one is by far the best. They also are responsive to emails quickly but I wasn't able to get them by phone at all.

This App don't work, it fails non stop and they don't offer any support. The app breaks and the downtime causes loss of sales and I'm furious that my entire store was built upon this app.

Their app is working great! Even with a couple more complex products that needed a lot of available options. They got everything working for my theme and would definitely recommend them!

This app works great - especially the dependent options. We have a few configurations of our product that are dependent on the user's choices. The application also manages a large amount of options, for instance, our shop has about 40 colour swatches to choose from. The service by the mageworx team was also fantastic. In my case the team installed the app specifically for my theme, overnight (and on a holiday no less). Product Options is very much worth a trial and more.

This is a great app! It makes adding lots of product variants very easy. It is very simple to use, well laid out and easy to understand once you read the instructions. Customer support is excellent. Not a techie myself, I had trouble adding some code to a snippet. No problem! I notified customer support and they jumped right in and took care of it. Very Friendly folks!

I'm very happy this exists. It's easy to use for me, and the end user. Their support was quick and concerned. I hope one day they give us the ability to clone templates. My product options were very similar, except for one option, so I had to start from scratch with each one. Cloning and then modifying one option in a template would save tons of time. Also, if the swatches popped-up or were zoomable somehow, this would crush it. One final dream wish is the ability for including blocks of text in the options stack of a given product for descriptions and explainations, like other option apps that I have used. Nonetheless, I find this one the best indeed.

Fantastic options app that has everything I was looking for. Having tried every other options app and not been able to find the features that I needed, Advanced Product Options was the one solution that is perfect for my store. In my particular scenario, I needed swatches with configurable images for each option and set prices for each option. Easy to use and can't speak highly enough for the support. Needed quite a few specific alterations and support helped every step of the way until the setup was EXACTLY what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended this app as the best options app on Shopify, and would certainly use on other stores I create. If you're sitting on the fence, give this app a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great product customization tool! I worked with a few other product customization apps before coming across Mageworx, and they just didn't work out. Our Shopify store needed a lot of customization for a specific item (up to 10 fabric choices with multiple swatch images with multiple prices, multiple chair upgrades and size options and so on and so forth) and whenever I ran into issues, Mageworx team was there to help me figure out the problem. After about of week working with the team I got exactly what I wanted, with prompt responses on a regular basis, something I wasn't getting from a few of the other app companies I was originally working with. Highly recommended!
