APO Product Options, Variants

I've now used Advanced Product Options for 2 Shopify stores and it's been a great solution. Recently I've needed some customization from the app to work with my Shopify theme and APO's dev team is and chat support have been very responsive and completed all my needed tasks. APO's live chat reps respond within a minute and from my experience there's not many Shopify apps that offer that kind of service.

Shopify does not play nice with complex product options but this app does a great job in providing work-arounds. It is extremely customizable with many options for how to set up your variants as well as rules to create conditional formatting which is great! It has some limitations because of they way Shopify is set up but it is by far the best option I have seen for this type of application. Additionally, their customer service is outstanding! We had some quite complex issues for them and their team was extraordinarily prompt in their responses and always managed to solve solve any issues we hand by the end of the day. Best support team I have encountered on an app by far!

Support is responsive. Enabled us to create build your own bundle style product. I wish it didn't create a zillion dummy products on the back end, but it's a minor thing. Overall it does what we need it to do and it's the best solution we found for what we were trying to do.

The customer service alone should sell you on this App! They respond quickly to any requests that I have had and resolve things quickly with precise explanation via email. The App is easy to use and set up for your store. Highly recommend.

App is easy to use. Setup had to work with their team to activate in my theme. They were great. The option sets are really well organized so with just enough flexibility that I can get everything laid out. Not too restrictive and super customizable. Good job team!

In the process of moving from one product option app to this one and have had a few issues where I wasn't sure what to do to get the app to work in a way I needed it to. The support tema have been excellent and have responded really quickly and be very helpful. Looking fwd to completing switch over, as this app is so much more flexible that our current set up.

It's a good app, while at times we have noticed it can be a bit buggy in terms of compatibility with certain themes and new Shopify features, the support is phenomenal and they will do their utmost to fix and assist immediately.

The app design is new user friendly. It's simple and easy, there isn't any confusing details, and it's effective. If you are not tech savvy, you can still go for it. They have an amazing customer support. I asked for support or customization many times. They are almost always there, if not, they always reply quickly and are helpful. The price is the great compared to value they provide.

This app really helped us a lot in configuring our shop. The support answers very quickly and has been a huge help. It was exactly what we were looking for! We had looked at a dozen other apps and were having a hard time finding a way to solve this problem. Big thanks to the whole team!

This product was just what we were looking for! We needed to add multiple choices to one product and they delivered. Their customer service is excellent! They are awesome to work with and always answer any questions and fix any issues I have made for myself (user error not the product). I highly recommend them!
