We had used 2 other Options apps and this one replaced them both! Incredibly user-friendly setup menus for Option Sets, and a phenomenal customer support staff. Highly recommend!

Definitely the best option for variants if you exceed the 100 limit from Shopify. Support is great and supper quick. Helped us with a couple of custom bits as well :)

This app is invaluable to our website! Without it, I could have never switched from WooCommerce to Shopify because of our needs for customizations, customer uploads, etc. This app gives us all of the abilities for our customers to customize and makes creating new product listings incredibly easy. I've also had a couple of instances of needing support from the developer, and I've received a response to my request AND the issue addressed within a few hours each time. I'm so impressed with this level of service! Very thankful for this app and the team!

The app does exactly as described, and does it well. The conditional logic is excellent and gives plenty of flexibility to enable me to control the various allowed permutations of my options. Their support is top class. I had a minor niggle when I moved to one of the Shopify 2.0 themes so e-mailed MageWorx and got a response mere minutes later, and resolution by the following day. They couldn't have been any better!

Advanced Product Options by Mageworx is awesome. It is very intelligently designed to allow you to create any type of select menu conditional logic, from as simple to as complex or as unique as you could ever want. I had found nothing that even compares to this product, so I am very happy that it was recommended to me. As well as being an extremely versatile and intuitive product, the customer support is amazing. I always promptly received all the help and special attention that I needed to create quite complicated select menu logic for my users. I really am very impressed with this product and customer service and I highly recommend it.

My store has thousands of customizable products and I absolutely rely on Advanced Product Options to make it work. I've used it for several years now and when I have needed support, I got a quick response from a real person, followed by top notch support from Valentin and Dmitry. In a world where it can be very frustrating trying to get code working, they are really experts.

We wouldn't be able to operate on Shopify without this app. There were a few things that didn't work "out of the box" and Mageworx had everything fixed within 24 hours of placing a support request. You also need to set up a product rule not to display the duplicates that the app creates, but once that's done, it works like a charm.

I did not realize Shopify only allowed three options so I bought and installed Advanced product options. I ran into some issues getting color and image swatches to show up, so I placed a support ticket with Mageworks and they had everything fixed by the next morning. Great product and amazing service.

Advanced Product Options is a great app. The developers really thought it through well, considering the limitations of Shopify. Also, the Mageworx support team is excellent. Each time I have reached out they have gone above and beyond to address my concerns and help with solutions. Love it!

This app is superior to other product option apps I've tried — finally a solution to not having a duplicate product in checkout! The support team works fast and has been very helpful with answering questions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app. Does all of the custom options that we needed for our assortments and was very easy to setup. We had one issue that required us to reach out to customer support, but Angie and Polina were amazing. They understood our issue the first time and were able to make the edits needed to resolve it quickly and accurately. This app is a must have for our shop! Update: The team is all fantastic. We've had a couple of additional issues come up as we've started to use additional parts of the system. Custom choices were not displaying the way we wanted on packing slips. We sent a message to the team and they were (once again) very quick to make edits to our packing slip so that the information displayed the way we needed. Can't say enough about their fantastic service!

After 13+ years of custom building bags with hacks and patches to give my customers the chance to get the fabric / color combo they wanted on our site, I found this plugin (yesterday), and as of this writing, it is now fully in place and serving marvelously. BUT... It is the customer support / service during integration that blew my mind. VERY fast! Angie solved my initial problem, then kept the dialogue open, helping me close out additional concerns as I worked to integrate it. Just get this. Seriously.
