The set up was a little involved, but since we have it up and running, everything is working as it should. My 5 star review mostly comes from the absolutely stellar customer service! They representatives on chat are super knowledgable, and find a solution right away. It is a breath of fresh air compared to pretty much any other customer service agent I have dealt with

Advanced Shipping Manager is a fantastic app to give your customer accurate shipping rates and to easily manage shipping rates across your products and regions. We started using ASM with one site and then added it to our second site as well. The customer service is also fantastic. The team responds incredibly quickly and is great at helping us when needed.

This has been the best, most flexible shipping app for my company. We ship nearly all our items in their own, unique shipping cartons. Each one has a different size and we have thousands of items. We need customers paying the correct rate for shipping, and this has been the only app that easily and consistently handles it. For us the crucial functionality this app provides is: 1. Ability to designate a product to ship in multi-box shipments and provide weights/dims for each box. 2. Ability to designate a product to "ship alone" so it is rated for it's own shipping label 3. Ability to have some shipping methods ignore dimensions in the shipping rate calculation. 4. Ability to add markups or designate free shipping at the product level. Nothing else out there handles all of this. Additionally, support has been very helpful and even put in place some customizations for us since we have a few non-standard shipping rules.

A little complicated to get setup (for a non IT person), but well worth it and support was great. This app allows us to integrate carrier accounts that aren't standard in shopify for LTL shipping and to tweak the rates however we need to for various regions to be sure we are covered. I would definitely recommend.

I am the IT guy. I assisted in installing and configuring for our store. During installation I needed to call support with a how-to question and it was amazing. The phone AND my question was answered immediately. I spoke with support a couple of times since with additional questions and they provided the same great service. Highly recommended.

This is a great inexpensive app that allows you to easily customize your shipping options. It was a snap to install and has been working perfectly for us since we've had our store live.

I don't usually rave about an app.... But LOOK NO FURTHER! If you have anything from simple to complicated shipping (like we do) this app (and their team) is a lifesaver. (and expense saver!) We spent thousands for years on a 'custom shipping' software for our stores. It worked "ok" but always some issue here and there, plus the team was hard to get response from. When they wanted to raise rates AND issue a 'new improved' version there was nothing but problems and lost revenue. Found ASM and we're not looking back! I've been using this app for our e-commerce site for over 1 year. The app is capable of customizing ground shipping & Ltl Shipping Rules to however, detailed you need it to be. There are many solutions for your business shipping needs. Best of all, is the support you get from ASM. Burt has been excellent in setting up the store and continuously works with an ownership mind and has helped me enormously. I highly recommend this app for your shipping app for customization shipping matrixes and knowing you have the support you need to help you understand the app and also someone who works with you in seeing it get executed.
