The Affiliatly team is always quick to respond whenever we need technical support. We’ve even made improvement requests to enhance the experience in our affiliates’ dashboards, and they listened — implementing those changes for all users of their app. I highly recommend them. We’ve been using Affiliatly with great satisfaction for over 5 years.

We've been using the app for a couple of years now. It has many great features and is priced fairly. The customer support has been helpful whenever we have an issue or a question. I recommend it to any Shopify or BigCommerce user.

I have been using this now for more than 6 months. It is a solid app that does what it says. Support is good and it is easy to use. Have not had any issues with this app.

We have been using this app for quite some time now - it's great. Wish we could speak with someone, wish it was directly connected to zelle so we could make payments easier but they are always pretty quick to respond and help us.

Great service and excellent support when you need it. The only request I would have is better support for accounts that manage multiple stores (domains). However, they did make this easy to set up when I contacted support but it would be better if there was more centralized management for companies running multiple brands that want the affiliate program combined.

It's may not fancy, but you can trust the richness and reliability of all the features you need for your online store. we've tried some other alternatives when we opened our store in 2023, and we settled here. After 1 years we upgraded our subscription, as Affilliaty has helped us grow a lot. Really grateful for the great work from this company and their team.

App seemed to work well enough, but it was difficult to cancel our subscription.

Way overpriced compared to competitors, the platform is not friendly, very hard to use. Needs to manually create a code for every new affiliate. I don't recommend this app.
We're incredibly sorry to see this. We'd like to remind you that we did explain which setting to enable so the affiliates could generate their desired codes on a ticket that was marked as viewed by you but never got your reply despite of following up with you two times. We also find sad that the price seemed too high for you despite of being the only option in the market that offers all the features without any restriction on top of a 90 days trial. So we want to assure you that if you ever reconsider giving our app another try we will gladly help you if you give us the opportunity. Best regards.

Rene was great. I was taking over the Affiliate program for my company and the previous person didn't pass down the login information. Rene was so helpful and understanding. I was helped quickly and without any hiccups. I'm glad I chose to stick with Affiliate over other brands.

One of the challenges we’ve been facing with affiliately is recurring inquiries from our affiliates regarding changing sums under their unpaid earnings, sometimes negative sums. This happens due to returns, but we are having a hard time explaining this to our affiliates as the platform does not provide information about the number and value of purchases returned.
We are incredibly sorry for this situation. However, we must clarify that we do include a few ways to inspect those refunds: 1. The value of the original order's price and earnings can be found in the details window > tab Log of each refunded order. 2. You can view the refunded order IDs in the affiliate's details window > tab Earnings > row "Total orders marked as refunded/cancelled per month" 3. And recently we have released a filter status row in the affiliate panels, where your affiliates can find the refunded orders associated with their account. If despite of checking the information you are still having problems, please contact our support team, we will gladly help out! Aside of this, thanks to your observation we're going the extra mile and are working on an improvement on the information displayed to the affiliates about unpaid earnings to help clearing out these situations.
