Affirm pay‑over‑time messaging

first off this app is ridiculously expensive. basically 6%. after looking at my loses on 2 orders im removing this option. i had a order for 1299... of which i made $200 profit and affirm took $96 out of that........ I had another order for $4000 of which i profit $560.. and affirm took $240! .Bye affirm. 1299 is one of my cheapest products.. so that means ill be giving affirm $96 or more for every order they process. This app is not for me.

I'm not a coder, so that been said, is a complicated setup that I have to spend 5 hours just to figure it out and nothing. The instructions are not clear and not much explaining. Videos can be helpful for does not code-savvy. Super frustrated because I'm approved but can't use the app. UPDATE Customer support fixed the problem for that I'm happy, but they needed to enter the code manually seen the app is not compatible with all the themes that Shopify offers and the one I'm using free Supply theme is not compatible. I hope they can make it simple to implement affirm to any theme.
