Amazing! UpPromote Affiliate is an incredibly powerful and user-friendly app for my Shopify store. What impressed me the most is their exceptional customer service. A big shoutout to Tommy – he was extremely helpful and enthusiastic, resolving all my technical queries quickly and professionally. Definitely worth the experience!

Barney and Lina are so good!! They were so patient with my questions! I spent a full hour asking them questions, and they helped me understand affiliate coupons, customer referrals, and other topics very clearly. Highly recommended!

Great app, easy to use. Brilliant support - I was lucky enough to speak with Tommy..who even signed up as a client so we could see what the screen shots looked like. For our business we needed a premium looking platform for the program and UpPromote has delivered this

I had a great experience with the support team, especially Tommy. He was very responsive, helpful, and took the time to clearly answer all my questions about setting up my affiliate program. Everything was explained in a simple and professional way, which made the whole process much easier for me. Really appreciate the support, highly recommended!

i uninstalled the day i paid to get my store back up and they still tried to charge me i need my refund...
Once your store is reopened, Shopify will issue all outstanding and pending invoices from all apps you were using. As a Shopify merchant, you’re likely aware that app charges are handled automatically by Shopify rather than by individual app developers. I’ve sent you an email regarding the charge—please review it at your convenience.

Maya was amazing! Not only did she respond to my setup inquiry immediately, Maya provided screenshot examples so that I didn't have to guess my way through the setup process. We are new to UpPromote but if Maya is an example of the customer service, I think we are going to love working working with them!

Super easy to use! I love that you can manage everything in one place. They offer a free trial as well which is a game changer, especially if it's your first time using an affiliate marketing program. Maya helped walk me through everything, thank you for developing this app!
