We recently added the app to our store to start a Brand Ambassador program, and I had quite a few detailed questions about how to set everything up — from commission tiers to custom rewards and discount codes. Barney was incredibly responsive and clear, answering each point quickly and making sure I understood how everything could work. He even helped me figure out how to integrate our existing sign-up page with the app. Really impressed with the level of support — it made the whole process much smoother!

Great app for growing your business and getting new customers. If you have a good product like we do and just need help marketing it, affiliate marketing is a great system for it and this app makes it easy. great customer services as well. highly recommend.

UpPromote works really well for our affiliates. It's a great system that works mainly on its own with minimal issues. Tania along with the other tech support are always helpful as we encounter any issues that arise. Thanks!

I'm honestly so glad I found UpPromote. The UX is clean and straightforward, the layout and customizable designs are beautiful, and the customer support is instantly available and extremely helpful via chat (shoutout to Nick and Hannah!). 10/10

We just starting using UpPromote app and so far it's been amazing. They give our affiliates QR codes that track their clicks for us. It made affiliate promotion very easy for our business. I had some simple setup and onboarding questions and Tommy from support answered the chat immediately, answered all of my questions, and even tested the entire system for me. This kind of service is invaluable and we are extremely grateful for it. If you're considering this app, just know that the support team will be there to help you with a real person, quickly if you need anything.

I LOVE this app. It's so convenient and assistance is ALWAYS available when you need it. Evans, Barney, and Gwen are so helpful and informative. If you're looking for an app to facilitate your affiliate or ambassador programs, this is the app you need! 10/10 I recommend!
