We can't say enough great things about this app & the UpPromote team! There are so many amazing & powerful features, that we were easily able to custom tailor exactly what we needed to launch our affiliate opportunity. Their support is THE BEST. Just started using and so far has been pretty easy withe set-up. Now just ready for the building process to promote promote. I enjoyed the simple step by step they give you to set-up. fairly simple to use, worked great.

From the get go, the app seemed very easy to manage however I did encounter some minor issues but their support team must be the best I've dealt with. They were extremely attentive and detailed in their responses, with clear instructions. I gave them a few suggestions and they took them very seriously and added these as features which is amazing. The actual platform itself is really great, it's easy to use if you're familiar with affiliate platforms but may require the help of support to setup finer tunings but with the great support team this will not be a task at all. The support team was Tommy, Christy, Léna, Stark, Matthew, June and Nick. All support agents provide the same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Thank you guys and keep it up!

Great so far! Learning how to use it so we can have affiliates promote our product. I like the checklist that helps you make sure everything is set up! Customer service is AMAZING! I used the chat feature for a question I had and it was answered and solved in minutes.

The help tabs made understanding most of the steps pretty simple. For a new to me program, I appreciated the responsiveness of the Lena from the chat team. Being able to begin at the free entry point will be extremely helpful.
