Easy to use app with cool features such as affiliate link and code. I think this is the go-to affiliate app in shopify no doubt. They got free plans too but the growth plan is something i would choose for a growing ecommerce.

With the support of Gwen, I went from knowing nothing about the app and creating my first affiliate program to now understanding perfectly how affiliate programs work and how to leverage the app's features to the fullest.

Vengo de utilizar otras aplicaciones de referidos y puntos muy famosas, y la verdad es que no han funcionado para mí. Estaba a punto de decir que esto de los referidos no es para mi tienda. Llegué a Up Promote y encontré que es fácil de implementar, con atención en español las 24 horas. Les cuento que nunca en mi vida había experimentado un servicio al cliente tan bueno. La atención de Barney es de 112/10, ¡wow! Realmente impresionante. Espero que mi programa de referidos funcione para mis clientes.

Love that it is user friendly and integrated with in Shopify. I love how it sends emails to Affiliate and creates coupon codes for each person for free. I wish you could for free create customize link for each affiliate instead of having to pay for this feature.

Just started there is no affiliate in the free plan you can contact but only in paid plan. Let's hope for the best but yes customer service is the best.

So far I've been in the process of setting up this app. The support team is always available when I message them and they've helped me customize the affiliate dashboard to match our brand colours. Since this is our first time using an affiliate app we had many questions. No matter what time of day, the support team answered all our queries patiently, promptly and most importantly, answered them with professionalism and kindness. We greatly value exceptional customer service. Also a huge shoutout to their dev team for helping us customize the dashboard as much as they could. We would love to see social media links such as Instagram and TikTok added to the "Affiliate Links" section in dashboard in the future. So far we went from the free version to the Growth plan because there were a few features we wanted to try. Not so sure how the app will perform yet, but so far loving how easy it is to set up, and how aesthetically well written and made everything looks. From the emails to the affiliate form, to the affiliate dashboard, it's all super user friendly and not as complicated to follow and learn as other affiliate apps we've tried to use before. I just wish there were a lot more usable features available on the growth plan. For example, the paypal auto-payment, or affiliate customized links or coupons. Those features would make the growth plan really good. Overall, absolutely loving the app, its total available features has everything we want and need in an affiliate app, and support is exceptional! Very excited to start gaining affiliates so we can see this app in action, and hoping we can grow our affiliate program and eventually upgrade to utilize it to its full potential. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for a well thought out affiliate app with all the necessary features required for affiliate programs.

This app has done nothing for us. In the first few months something was missing. We were charged without getting notified that there was an issue. This was fixed. In the subsequent months still nothing was happening; we weren't getting any referrals or sales from this app. For us this app was waste of money. Maybe for other stores it works; looks like this app is getting high ratings. I don't know how. We didn't get much support to replicate other stores' success, if indeed this app boosted their sales.
