I had a very tricky idea about how to set up our affiliate's program, and the support was great, especially Hannah, who tried her best to help us find the best solution available. Very patient and solution-oriented customer support.

STOP LOOKING!!! This is the product you are looking for, their product is amazing and their customer service is even better. I started at the free route and upgraded to the paid version. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced with any company or product. I never leave reviews but had to. There has been countless times I have had a question I needed a prompt response to and they've always given prompt responses.

Gwen is great... She solved the problem quickly and changed my life for the better today.

Nick has been incredible! I’ve been searching for an app that offers a free trial without heavy limitations, and UpPromote has exceeded my expectations. However, what truly stands out is Nick who has patiently solved every single question, issue and customisation. I must add, the reason it didnt receive 5 star, is because there are a-lot of styling and mobile compatibility issues. Logo, style and resizing that makes the user journey look really awful. I have spent hours (with the helpful) support team to solve these issues which are rather basic styling issue that should just work. Also making Font styling (size and format) available to the user to edit would make the processes easier. Thank you

UpPromote does exactly what it says on the tin. It allows you to easily setup and run an affiliate program. I recently got stuck not knowing how to use a certain a function and Hannah from UpPromote was very helpful and guided me step-by-step how to resolve my issue. Awesome app.
