Top tier customer service!! Our store is hosted on Squarespace but our store is Shopify and I've been searching for an affiliate plugin for months and nothing worked for us. The set up is super easy to follow and the dev team was with me every step of the way to find workarounds for our store and get thing set up and tracking. 10/10

The customer service is fantastic. Tommy has helped us set up the affiliate program. We miss some extra functionality, such as customers getting a different discount depending on the product (and not a fixed discount for everything). But this is the fault of Shopify's system and not of this app. I think it's the most complete Shopify affiliate app (it does allow with a single affiliate link to have different commissions depending on the product, and this is fantastic). I hope they can add this functionality in the future.

Regarding the function you're requesting, since the affiliate coupon codes are basically discount codes in Shopify admin, they can only have the rules that Shopify allows (just like regular discount codes). If Shopify can add that function in the future, the coupon codes can also be set up with such rules. I hope you would understand the difficulties in this case. Lena was brillant, our instruction to web builder were misunerstood and on our pre launch exercise discovered it was not set up correctly. We requested assistence and lena jumped to the rescue. I have recently launched a new Shopify store (moved from woocomemrce) , and I am still getting use to working with apps and all at once. Tonight I worked with Tommy from UpPromote to help me upgrade to Pro and set things up to get started. Tommy was very patient and helpful and made several suggestions that i should consider through out the process. I am not that technical at all, but i enjoyed the experience and learning more about the app in the process. Support was great and i am sure the app will be too!
