It was so hard to choose the app for affiliates and referrals on my Shopify account among the many app options. UpPromote was the first try and it works as that I imagined it should. The users on my website are based in Turkey, and I translated the app completely to fit my customer language, even though there is no Turkish language option. The result is perfect, thanks to Barney, who is the customer support and his developer team. Barney and I customize the app together. Again, thanks, Barney

Amazing company! I have used many affiliate apps before on several different shopify stores and this one has been far the best! The customer service has been phenomenal and the app is so easy to use. Will convert all my shopify stores to use UpPromote!

Such a bad Customer services , I tried many times to connect with them , there is no feedback , they mentioned they have 24/7 Live chat option , but after waiting few days , I still not able to find it

Great customer service. Tommy the support agent was was awesome, very friendly and was able to explain to me (someone who is unfamiliar with affiliate marketing) how the app works. I had a couple of very beginner questions and he was able to clarify them quickly. If you need help or have questions, just hop on the support chat and they will answer them for you! We have been using this app for two months now and could not be more happy. It just works. It is well thought through and even though we still don't know all feautures the support has been extremly patient and friendly in helping us out. We have an issue or a question and receive a reply within minutes. It is really the best app for affiliate and network marketing.

The core affiliate program does it's job. Like most apps, UpPromote puts you in a very specific box for how to deliver your affiliate program. Giving them a 5 star rating though because of their amazing customer service, which is critical for being able to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to problems. Tommy was my man and even wrote some custom code for me to get a quick solution to a feature I needed.

Their customer service is SECOND to none, and they helped me get through all of the hurdles and gave me crystal-clear directions on how to set up my affiliate campaigns!!
