Great app and easy setup with a great customer service!

I’ve been using UpPromote, and I’m really impressed with both the app and the customer service. Tommy was incredibly quick to respond and provided me with professional and knowledgeable assistance. His support made the whole process so much smoother! The app itself is user-friendly and offers all the features I need to grow my affiliate program. Highly recommended!

We are just starting to use UpPromote for our Affiliate Program and we have been very impressed with the level of customer support when we haev needed it. While the app is fairly intuitive, we have wanted to do make a few small tweaks and we have found the team to be very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Once we have more Affiliates we will be able to see how they are liking and using their Dashboard but so far so good!

I am greatly appreciating my experience with UpPromote so far. I did a tonne of research when looking for the best app that would meet my needs and be within budget. UpPromote shone through as a fantastic option and they are proving that I made the right choice. I appreciate being able to be granular at the variant level for which products are included in our affiliate program and at what commission percentage. I am also blown away by their support team. I've been helped multiple times now by Nick over chat and he has been fantastic at helping me customize the affiliate portal with our brand colours and sizing of the logo. As well as troubleshooting some of the functionality that I have needed extra support and guidance to understand. As we are gearing up to launch our affiliate program I am feeling super confident and excited that partnering with UpPromote has been a fantastic strategic decision for our business. Enjoying the app so far! I didn't use all the features yet but the customer service is exceptional: easy to reach, comprehensive info, I feel ready to start! I'll post another review when I come full circle with the app.

Great customer service and support! Tommy was so helpful to answer my question and solve my problem.

I think it's the best app because you can get responses when you have problems in real time! I'm always helped by Barney. He's always trying and proactively acting on my issues. It is a very convenient application for contributing to marketing performance. The dashboard is intuitive and professional. And it has a good UIUX for seeing marketing performance.

It was so close to good! Really great portal and extensive configuration - managed to get the portal, sign in, all pages, and functionality working exactly how I wanted them. Unfortunately, only got purchase tracking to work when Shop Pay was used, but not when regular checkout was done - we admittedly have a strange website setup.. Tested and tried for a while, couldn't get it going. Besides that, the upgrades are far more expensive than the alternatives, which offer perfectly competitive features.

Good, Tommy customer service responded to questions immediately. It would be better if the function settings, processes and names were simpler.
