Started getting inundated with fraudulent orders after installing this app, all linking back to an affiliate. Reached out to customer support, zero support given, just denial. Wouldn't recommend.
Hi there. This is Stark from UpPromote support. I think there is some misunderstanding here. You mentioned that the orders were placed with a compromised credit card. Since you have already denied the referral and removed the affiliate from UpPromote, we suggested you contact the buyer for more information and didn't receive a response from you. Please note that we cannot trouble who made the order and who uses the affiliate links, but we would love to know if there is anything else we can do to help.

Works well, we have 4 shops on different continents, and works well local as well as global, and has alot of options to twik, which is very helpfull. Alows you to be creative and make you own twist on the affiliate program you offer. Also very important they have fast and helpfull support. Thx Tommy

I'm very happy with this app!! I've set it up very easily. The support via chat is a big plus, they respond almost immediately with answers that help me to build this program on my webshop like I want to. Also very happy with the look & feel. So far very satisfied. Thankyou!

UpPromote makes affiliate management easy and secure. I needed to change an affiliate's email address and couldn't figure out where to do that (hint: you have to contact support) and Gwen, in the live chat, was awesome about helping me! She didn't ask me a zillion unrelated questions, she simply asked for the new address and switched it up for me. Aside from the great support, I love the interface of UpPromote and how easy and intuitive it is. I highly recommend it to anyone running Shopify who wants to offer some incentive to get people to market your products. HIGHLY recommend it!
