Works well, we have 4 shops on different continents, and works well local as well as global, and has alot of options to twik, which is very helpfull. UpPromote makes affiliate management easy and secure. I needed to change an affiliate's email address and couldn't figure out where to do that (hint: you have to contact support) and Gwen, in the live chat, was awesome about helping me! She didn't ask me a zillion unrelated questions, she simply asked for the new address and switched it up for me. Aside from the great support, I love the interface of UpPromote and how easy and intuitive it is. I highly recommend it to anyone running Shopify who wants to offer some incentive to get people to market your products. HIGHLY recommend it!

I have never received such great customer service in ANY online capacity as I have with UpPromote! I was on the chat with TOMMY for almost an hour asking every question under the sun and he was SO patient and had an answer for everything! I have had over $1M in affiliate sales and no program has ever been this user friendly! I cant wait to see what this program can do for my new jewelry store! Standouts: FAR easier to use than referralcandy or commission junction or refersion Much better priced. You can link affiliates to past sales. Affiliates can create their own codes (important to me) You can pay via several pay methods or store credit The dashboard is seamless and very self explanatory. There are tiers to affiliate earning. Basically plug and play and you can add your own branding! Ive not encountered a "we cant do that", yet! Cons: Not a single one so far! Overall, everyone else should be taking notes because THIS is how it should be done!

When utilizing a multi-store setup, certain advanced features, like "auto-generated coupons," aren't shareable across all stores. The providers require separate subscriptions for each store to access these features. Even if you're willing to invest more, some of these advanced functionalities aren't integrated across platforms. This results in multiple coupon sets that aren't universally applicable, as well as distinct media libraries and multiple MLM structures for commission calculations.

Have been using uppromote for a while now, every now and then we get sales through them, and those are extra sales which pays for the app itself, its a very good app.
