I can't speak highly enough of this affiliate platform and particularly the customer support. They're available most hours of the day and they've been absolutely fantastic at helping us mold our affiliate program with our brand. Thank you!

Easy to understand, does its job properly. Support is awesome and very fast. I just upgraded my package because it is just worth it. My advice to the devs: 1. Support the change of email addresses for affiliates 2. Revise the Email Templates (include sending Test Mails) 5/5 Stars :-)

Love it. customer service takes a while to reply but within a good time manner. multiple youtube guided video so it's not hard to understand.

App does exactly what I needed it to. The only flaw is that it's not totally straight forward when setting up the account/campaign.

The system works very well, with a simple to use interface... I required support a few times (to help me with my configuration, not because of issues) and the chat response we AMAZING EVERY TIME... Very quick and always helped me. I have 18 apps integrated into shopify, and the UpPromote support model is #1 (hands down!!). I served as an SVP for IBM with massive global support teams, so my expectations are high, yet exceeded on all fronts.
