UpPromote is hands down one of the most flexible and well-thought-out affiliate systems on Shopify. The depth of control around links, lifetime commissions, tiered programs, creator tracking, and storefront messaging is exactly what serious brands need. What really stands out is the support. Mina was exceptional and helped me quickly resolve a custom subdomain setup that could have been a headache. Clear, fast, and actually understood what I was trying to build. If you’re running a creator-led or affiliate-driven brand and want something scalable without duct-taping multiple apps together, this is the one. Highly recommended.

We have been using UpPromote for several months and it has been slowly taking off. It was pretty simple and easy to set up and the customer service has been really helpful and responsive. It definitely feels like a slow rollout but I look forward to its continued success. Thanks to Mina and the rest of the team!

I have been using UpPromote for over a year now. I've impressed with the customer service time and time again. My website set up is a bit wonky as I use a third party website and use the Shopify lite for my cart system. Whenever I have run into a problem, Evans has gone out of the way to help and has always been patient with me. I appreciate the functionality of the app and have been very pleased with my experience.

This has to be one of the worst and most frustrating Customer Service I have ever had to deal with. After speaking with Stark and Lina, it is clear they value nothing more than money. After uninstalling the app several months ago, it has still continued to charge us. Even when speaking to them, they provided no solution as they said "I cannot provide proof of uninstalling the app"... Pathetic
We reviewed this case and both Shopify Billing and our app logs show no uninstall record from 4 months ago as you claimed. Shopify also confirmed that there's no uninstallation recorded during that time. Despite that, we refunded 2 months as a goodwill gesture, yet you asked for more. For fairness and accuracy, we can only refund charges that are backed by Shopify’s billing and uninstall history. All the best,

Super easy to navigate and when I needed help with something Tanie responded to my message within 2 minutes. She was very helpful and lovely to deal with
