Just installed the app few hours ago, so far it seems good. Customer support is super active, helped me set up the entire program seemlessly. Worth giving a try!

Mina did a great job answering my questions. She understood my issue immediately and gave me the reason for it, as well as the way to fix it. No extraneous "polite" messages that delayed me getting the answer I needed. She just replied directly to my questions and gave me the specific workflow paths in UpPromote as to how to get things done. Excellent job, thank you.

Couldn't figure out how to send registration links to our affiliates and Tanie was able to help me out quickly! Looking forward to this service.

I installed this from my mobile phone using default commission amounts that I later realized I don't have the margin for. After finding nowhere to change them either on mobile or desktop, I was left with no alternative but to uninstall the app. Not ready for prime time. Keep trying!

I had a great experience with Lina from UpPromote Support. She was very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand the issue in detail and asked the right questions to investigate it properly. Her communication was clear and polite, which made the whole support experience smooth and stress-free.

The app is great and very useful. What stands out a lot is their support. We had a problem with our links, and Mina was super helpful in coordinating the dev team, who fixed the issue even at an ungodly hour. Kudos to the whole team!
