The UpPromote Affiliate Marketing app is fantastic! I especially love Gwen's timely and attentive service. She's always there to help and goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

We only have the free version right now until we learn more about it but are excited to learn the program and get some affiliates on board. Gwen with support has been very helpful. She is quick to reply and gives concise answers with links so I can learn more. She answered all of my questions.

Does not work and there is no access to customer service. It has been a year. No one has contacted me. My affiliates are selling things but getting no credit so they abandoned it. We lost a lot of business pursuing affiliates who then thought we were just not paying them for links they could SEE from their end. No response ever from customer service.

Amazing customer support! Easy way to grow your affiliates list with making links/codes. So many other softwares are junky and not user friendly. Perfect integration into shopify

Tommy was an absolute lad helping me out with my store, learning all sorts of new apps and support turns 50 clicks into only a few. Highly recommend the product as well as their support team, specifically the lad who helped me out!

I’ve uninstalled the app but they still charged me $69, this is unacceptable, I don’t recommend
Hi there. This is Stark from UpPromote support. We would like to clarify that we do not and cannot charge users after the app has been uninstalled. In this case, you uninstalled the app 16 days after the billing cycle started. Despite this, we had issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. It breaks our heart to see such accusation from a Shopify merchant.

I hope it will be helpful to increase my sale. I will write more reviews after I use some days. Just moment,it is my first time. but their customer service is good and effective. Good.
