I am so impressed with the flexibility of the app customization and how responsive the support team is. They are also very friendly and get things done when they say it will be done. Every one I have worked with has done a great job.

Tanie provided outstanding support and made the entire UpPromote affiliate setup process smooth and easy. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very clear with her instructions — especially when helping me locate brand settings and update my logo correctly. What I appreciated most was how responsive and genuinely helpful she was. She didn’t rush me and made sure everything was working the way it should. This level of customer service really makes a difference. Highly recommend UpPromote, and especially Tanie, if you want excellent support behind the platform.

Nice App! We are thrilled to start our Affiliate program with UpPromote. Additionally, the support (in our case, Mina) is very good and helps us resolve problems quickly.

Scam app - install it and next thing if you want any feature at all you have to pay far more than $30 a month! What a Joke!

The Customer Service and Chat option is Fantastic. I installed this all by myself and it has definitely paid off! You can do it!

Ms Mina was true professional during our convo. She is reliable and very quick to her responses and what i wanted to do with the app. Never ever met so quick response and job done in 2 seconds literally. She should get even a promotion. If not i do not know what to say. Directors and managers should give promotion to those people who give everything to their jobs!

What a scam this is! We never used the app, and even uninstalled it, and are STILL being charged a hefty monthly fee every month with no way of cancellation. We are now in contact with Shopify Support to try to find a solution and a refund. What a hassle!
Hi there. Please understand the difference between each app's billing cycle and your Shopify store's billing cycle. Every month, on the same day, you receive bills from all apps you're using. That day does not relate to each app's cycle. In some cases, you receive bills from apps that you uninstalled because the subscription actually started before you uninstalled the app. This rule applies to not only UpPromote, but most apps on Shopify App store. Also, to cancel, you can either downgrade to the Free plan or uninstall the app. Please reach us via [email protected] so we can assist you on this.

We’ve had a great experience using UpPromote for our affiliate program. The platform is user-friendly, quick to set up, and makes it easy to manage affiliates and track performance in one place. The features are practical and well thought out, especially for growing brands. Support has been prompt and supportive, even on a Sunday, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a tool we’re happy to continue using. :)
