We often get connected to Tanie, who is always very helpful with any questions I have; even if I have a lot of questions. I never feel like I'm a bother and she handles everything with an upbeat attitude!

I needed to set up a fairly complex multi-level affiliate system (3 levels with differentiated commissions) and I admit I was a bit lost at first. Evans was simply fantastic: patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in his explanations. He guided me step by step through the configuration, helping me understand not just the "what to do" but also the "why," which made all the difference. The UpPromote platform proved to be extremely flexible and powerful - it allows you to manage complex affiliate structures with surprising ease once you understand the logic (and with Evans' help, everything becomes clear!).
