The features are relatively comprehensive, and customer service responses are prompt. Overall, it's a decent product, though it still lacks some functionality that needs to be added, such as tracking partner traffic, etc.

Fantastic Customer Support from Barney! We are using UpPromote for a Headless Shopify implementation and we were able to get set-up in minutes thanks to his help.

Just started using and have found it to be very easy to navigate and roll out. I've had a few questions and have received great support, most recently from Clara. She took the time to clarify exactly what I was trying to adjust and provided me the exact resource needed to accomplish that. Looking forward to continuing our launch and expect this product to really help us grow sales!

Learning about UpPromote, I was lucky to have Mina help me with every question about affiliates and making the process on how to navigate the app properly.
