Gwen and Tommy on their team have been fantastic at answering all of my technical questions and getting me setup. I would highly recommend UpPromote!

I just started on the UpPromote App but so far the customer service has been top tier! I asked one of the support service members, Tommy, several questions in a row and he was able to explain the answers in a straightforward way and provide immediate resolutions. Keep UP the great work! (pun intended).

Amazing support by Gwen- which is super helpful when setting up something like this. I had no clue what I was doing but was able to get up and running very quickly!

Tommy is the best customer services rep I have meet he work on getting me set up on my Affiliate account. he's patient and understanding and he will answer all your questions if you have any. I don't know who his boss is but he deserve a raise for his work. You guys have a good employee on your hands. he's great!! Thank you Tommy for your help. He gets 5 stars!

Gwen was really helpful! She went above and beyond on what it is expected of a good customer care representative. She was able to guide me through the process how to set up the affiliate function and I am glad with her quick responses. I am not really kind using chats, but this is really good experience, felt face-to-face customer care service. Given clear instructions and easy to understand.

Using this app for a year. It's great, love the functionality, very easy to navigate. I recommend this app to anyone looking for an affiliate program.
