Customer support person named "Tanie" is quite unfriendly, dont really appreciate it. by paying almost $100/mo for the app, i expect better attitude and service

Mina was great She guided me step-by-step through the entire website program setup and made everything super easy to understand. She was patient, clear, and really knew what she was doing.
