UpPromote is so intuitive that I've never had an occasion to contact support until today. I had an email unsubscription question from an Affiliate that I couldn't answer so popped into the chat and got Mina, who is a ROCKSTAR of technical support! A few questions, and problem resolved. Could not be more happy!

Just getting set up - Lina in support was a huge help in answering my specific questions before I spent the money, making sure it was going to do what I was looking for it to do. She replied directly to my questions with the exact work flows I needed to follow. Lets go!!!

The App has been user friendly and flexible so far. Tanie has provided responsive support to address a few small issues and questions with instructions where available or escalating to their dev team for further review. We switched over from a well-known platform and have this platform to be much friendly for our partner affiliates.

Maya is incredible, she worked so hard all day and even stayed late to help me resolve some teething issues I had using the app. I'm new to the affiliate side of things, but think this app along with the team are going to change the game for my team and I. Thanks again Maya!
