Fastest support I have experienced. I asked how to remove a few buttons from affiliate page and after a minute Barney just told me: Done, check from your end they should be removed now.

Onboarding is very easy, and the support staff will walk you through it if needed - while also giving some helpful tips that you might overlook otherwise. Mina suggested that I add more form fields to the registration, so that we could more easily identify affiliates that would match our needs. The set up itself is also quite easy, and they have you go through the process as an affiliate yourself, so you know what they'll go through when you ask them to sign up. Looking forward to what the app can help us achieve in gaining sales and site visits!

I had a very nice customer experience with Tanie. I needed some help on some advanced aspects of the app and she patiently walked me through the process. I really like the fact that you can pretty much chat with someone instantly as opposed to other apps where you have to email and wait sometimes days for a response.

I wanted to remove the UpPromote branding from my affiliate signup form, so I reached out to their support — and honestly, the experience was great. Hannah helped me out right away, was super friendly, and handled everything quickly. She also gave me a tip on how to add extra fields to the form to better qualify affiliates, which was really useful. Everything was smooth, and she even double-checked it after I made the changes. It’s rare to find such helpful and patient support. Thanks, Hannah — really appreciate it!
