We are very new to this app....but I do want to say that Tanie (customer support) has been SO helpful and kind. She's answered all of my questions and helped me in areas where we were stuck. She gives amazing service.

UpPromote has been incredibly helpful in setting up my affiliate program. They respond quickly and the platform is easy to use, their features are clear and well-organized, and it saves me so much time managing payouts and affiliates.

Initial impressions have been great. The app is very comprehensive and customisable. Perfect for our needs. Really looking forward to the full rollout to our affiliates. Additionally, the customer service has been outstanding. Very quick response times via the in-built chat client. Clear and through answers to all my questions. Just brilliant. Specifically, thanks for Evans for all their effort.

support very quickly solved a problem (in their in-app chat) i had where i needed to update the email address for one of our affiliates and update their password. Thanks for your help with this "Evans". David at Cashs Nametapes.
