Barney was very very helpful walking me through step by step in stages I had trouble with. I'm also surprised by the fact of receiving help at 11:00 PM that is now FAQ or a BOT that doesn't resolve anything. I'm glad to get help by someone who actually knows what you have on your screen and get's right to the point! Hope all other tech companies would follow this path! Thank you again!

UpPromote is easy to use and makes managing affiliates smooth and straightforward. Setting everything up was simple, and the customer service is fantastic. Special thanks to Tanie for always being quick to help and super friendly—really appreciated! Highly recommended for any Shopify store.

Amazing app and highly customizable. perfect for what I was looking for. Affiliates get a dashboard, can track everything, I can make payments. the team and especially Evans went above and beyond and really helped me in customizing the registration form exactly how I wanted it. also like their features. overall very happy.

Clara was helpful in answering my noob questions: Things like if I do a manual payment, should I wait to approve a referral till after a return window (it's up to me) and the Free Version still tracks past the 200 referrals, but then you have to upgrade your plan to add any additionally. Plus, there's no performance fee on the free plan (as of 7/31/25). She was very detailed in her response, which I find helpful! Thanks again!
