This app has been great so far. It's been a really great experience so far. The support is amazing!! Mina helped us today and it was super easy to get things sorted. I will say, it's not as clear/organized as it could be for set up. I think for what we're paying monthly it could probably have some more detailed features such as for gifts and motivation I'd love to see some more automatic structure around bonus commissions - like setting them up for a 2 week period that automatically turns off after a set time.

Just getting this dialed in and ran into some technical issues that turned out to be due to the AWS outage. The problem was resolved and Mina, my support in the chat, was very helpful and reached out even after I had left the chat to let me know the problem was solved. She then walked my through some quick steps to verify the issue was in fact repaired. Great support says a lot about a platform. I am looking forward to watching how this works in our store.
