It says the installation is free, but when you install the app. They provide you 14-day free trial. Once the trial is ended, they don't discontinue. They charged you automatically and said it's based on Shopify rules. You need to check your plan description on this page and be really careful!! It's a trap. Really shame on you guys. You stole my money and refuse a refund.
We have a Free plan that users can use as long as they want. On the other hand, if you choose a paid plan, the billing cycle will start as soon as the trial expires. This subscription model is very common. Also, for people who forgot to cancel after a couple of days, we do offer refunds. We hope you won't get much surprised when you find other similar subscription services.

I have had the best customer service ever with this plugin in shopify and many of my problems have been solved through customer service. I highly recommend using this plugin!

Tanle was my chat box customer service rep who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. And she assisted me with customizing a feature on my registration form. She was very friendly and efficient. And when I was having a challenge navigating to the appropriate section on the Up Promote site she screen shot the location of where to go. This has been the best customer service I have ever had in a very long time. Well done Tanle and Up promote
