We have been using this app for two months now and could not be more happy. It just works. It is well thought through and even though we still don't know all feautures the support has been extremly patient and friendly in helping us out. We have an issue or a question and receive a reply within minutes. It is really the best app for affiliate and network marketing.

There are a few improvements needed to make the reporting and comms a little better, but the team at Secomapp are just amazing and super happy to help! I can't say enough about how much effort they put in to help us build the best system possible.

The core affiliate program does it's job. Like most apps, UpPromote puts you in a very specific box for how to deliver your affiliate program. Giving them a 5 star rating though because of their amazing customer service, which is critical for being able to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to problems. Tommy was my man and even wrote some custom code for me to get a quick solution to a feature I needed.

Their customer service is SECOND to none, and they helped me get through all of the hurdles and gave me crystal-clear directions on how to set up my affiliate campaigns!! Barney was super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Great app, great people!! Also, super quick turn around time on response!!

Since it was my first time to try to set up a commission link, I had a lot of questions. I am very grateful to Tommy for patiently answering all my questions and teaching me how to operate it. We're new to affiliate marketing and choose this app. Starting with the free plan. It is very easy to use (for us and also our affiliates). The support is also really helpful and fast. We have only a problem with the subscription price. We think it is too expensive and between the subscriptions there are not a lot of more features you will get. The next thing is you can't choose specific items for specific affiliates. This is in our eyes a big minus. It would be great to choose some affiliates only for baby stuff, the others for an specific artist or our merchandise. Maybe we are wrong and so we apologize and maybe in the future we will rework on our review here.
