I recently had the pleasure of working with Barney from UpPromote’s support team, and I cannot praise his dedication enough. While troubleshooting an integration issue (which stemmed from our own coding setup, not the app itself), Barney went above and beyond to assist us. Over several days, he conducted tests, reviewed our code, and collaborated closely with our team to identify the root cause. His tenacity and expertise were remarkable, he didn’t stop until the problem was fully resolved. UpPromote offers an amazing affiliate program. Tanie was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Mia has helped me understand key details for discount codes, customer referral links and MLM marketing. Great team and very nice interaction.

Amazing support from Clara! I’ve been using UP Promote Affiliate for a little while now and just wanted to say how great their support team is. We installed this app hoping it would provide the tools we needed, but the features were limited and didn’t meet our expectations. The app feels unfinished for a platform that claims to be all-in-one. Customization is minimal, reporting tools are basic, and there's poor support. Automation is limited, making management more manual than expected. It might work for beginners, but it’s not suitable for growing or global businesses. Disappointed overall and we can’t recommend this app.

I’ve just started setting up the app and so far, I can only say good things about it. The interface is straightforward, and everything is well-documented. Most importantly, the tech support is outstanding — special thanks to Nick and Mina, who reviewed my actual setup and provided tailored guidance to make sure everything was configured correctly. I highly recommend using this app!
