I had an issue that needed to be resolved, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Maya. The representative was friendly, professional, and took the time to understand the problem and get it resolved quickly. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how helpful and responsive they were. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. She even went out of her way to give me a tip on something I could do in my back office to make our store look more professional. Thank you for taking care of my issue and making sure everything was handled properly!

I am reviewing the customer service experience at UpPromote: very responsive, added screenshots with clear instructions, super friendly.

So far the app has been great. I havent had it a full 24hrs yet and already have 2 affiliates. Also last but definitely not least in my book. They actually have customer support. Which is huge these days as it seems more often Im running into support emails that dont exist, and customer support members that needed the help more than I did. I got a response from the team within minutes. You cant beat that.

The app is easy to use, has a lot of features, and I was impressed by Mina's customer support. She was able to login and fix a bunch of issues on my end. Good app to start an ambassador program and has everything you need on the free end, although it is a little more work to setup without paying for all the features.

Fantastic app - we run a headless shopify store so we run into a few extra issues others dont - but lucky we have barney on support helping up set everything up and get us back on track - great customer support!
