Gwen (My customer support agent) was so helpful! This app is so good! The only complaint is that free features are limited and basic. Still 100% recommend!

I am still on a trial, and so far the support has been exceptional, especially Tanie, who helped me with some questions I had. I will most likely subscribe to the Pro Plan and provide a more detailed review in a few months.

Mina did a great job answering my questions. She understood my issue immediately and gave me the reason for it, as well as the way to fix it. No extraneous "polite" messages that delayed me getting the answer I needed. She just replied directly to my questions and gave me the specific workflow paths in UpPromote as to how to get things done. Excellent job, thank you.

I installed this from my mobile phone using default commission amounts that I later realized I don't have the margin for. After finding nowhere to change them either on mobile or desktop, I was left with no alternative but to uninstall the app. Not ready for prime time. Keep trying!
