I have not used the ap yet- just signed up so this is not a review about the ap itself. customer service answered question clearly about free plan, although the fact that I had to seek clarification about this in the first place says a bit about transparency.

UpPromote is very intuitive and easy to navigate, and it works super smooth with Shopify. The customer support is helpful and attentive, I got such great supper, as well as helpful suggestions from Hannah when chatting with her.

Fantastic support! Anytime we have an issue or question the UpPromote support team is quick to respond and resolve. The app itself is intuitive and is exactly what we needed to operationalize our affiliate program. Special thanks to Evans who recently helped me with a recent support ticket - prompt and friendly help to get the issue resolved almost immediately!

The problem was resolved quickly and effectively. The support agent (Stark) provided a clear and concise solution that worked perfectly. The communication was excellent. The support agent kept me informed at all times and made sure I was satisfied with the solution.

Tommy and the team have been a brilliant help in getting our Affiliate Programme off the ground. Especially moving into multiple storefronts, the transition has been easy and seamless. Highly recommend for any company seeking a shareable platform to grow their affiliate campaigns.

The app works very well, and the support is pristine. Every time I ran into some problems, the support is not only very very fast, but also adequate solutions and good answers. I feel I'm not alone. Superb!

Just started using UpPromote and so it is early days, but the support to get it setup correctly has been great with the support team happy to making changes outside of the standard config.
