Paid for a year subscription and ended our affiliate program early. This app has plenty of bugs and the major one is that the PayPal integration is broken so all payments have to be made manually. I removed the app after 6 months and this company is refusing to even offer a partial refund. Stay away from them as their customer support is awful and the app is full of bugs. You can do the same exact thing that this app does for free with Shopify collabs.

You are eligible for a partial refund and we’re ready to process it. 2. We found no record of you reporting the PayPal integration issue. This is often related to PayPal account approval, not the app itself. We hope to get a chance to troubleshoot this further. 3. Our app has helped thousands of merchants successfully, and we take pride in resolving issues and bugs quickly through our support channels. We'd appreciate if you could share the bugs you found. The team, especially Ray and Barney at UpPromote are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They have helped me navigate the upPromote tools I needed to set up my first affiliate marketing program which is going to help so many people save and earn money when it launches next month! Every time I had a question and needed help they responded in a timely and efficient manner with immaculate professionalism and kindness. I see why so many people give this app a 5 Star review. I am glad I chose UpPromote! They actually deserve 10 stars in my opinion.

This was my first time using this app, and I encountered some technical difficulties during setup. I reached out to UpPromote for assistance, and Barney was the gentleman who stepped in to help. As someone who isn't naturally tech-savvy, I had a lot of questions, one after the other. Barney remained calm, patient, and diligently resolved every issue I faced. He was thorough and thoughtful throughout the process—thank you, Barney! As for the app itself, UpPromote stands out as the best product in its category that I’ve come across. Thank you, team!
