UpPromote is very convenient. The app alone is already useful, fast, and easy to use. Plus, the customer support is incredible! Thanks to Tommy and other members of the team that makes it outstanding! Great job, everyone.

UpPromote is the best affiliate program out there. I couldn't be happier with the program (it's very simple to use but has all the fancy advanced features scaling businesses need), price and especially customer service. Day or night, someone is always there to help. Thank you!

I have been using this app i want to say 2-3 years and just recently started back using it within the last week or so.... It is PERFECT for business owners are looking for affiliates; setup/signup is sooooo EASY and Customer Service is LITERALLY always a click away. Every Rep I have encountered has been knowledgeable with QUICK resoluton. I plan to continue with this app and soon see what the upgraded version can do for my business... DONT SECOND guess this app, even the FREE version is TOP NOTCH!

J'ai eu un chat avec Barney, il a été efficace et très clair dans ses explications. Il n'a pas coupé le chat avant que j'ai le temps de répondre comme sur d'autres applications. Bref, mon problème est réglé et ça fonctionne très bien Merci

I installed the upPromote app to try out the free plan as I'm still in the process of setting up my store and haven't started selling yet. The app has been great for managing referral codes, and when I decided to offer discounts via referral codes, I upgraded to the Professional plan with the free trial. While customizing the affiliate registration page, I ran into some difficulties, so I reached out to their support team. Even though they promised a response within an hour, I was pleasantly surprised to receive help almost immediately. Within 5 minutes, the issue was resolved! The support was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. This app is a must-have for anyone serious about affiliate marketing on Shopify. Highly recommended!

Good app with amazing customer service! I am really happy with the response speed whenever I need help. This app is easy to use with reasonable price. Haven't tried other affiliate marketing tools, but I am so far so good with this one. Special thanks to Barney!

UpPromote was very easy to set up. As a small business owner, I wear a lot of hats so it means a lot when I'm trying to learn to set something up and an organization has customer service professionals that are quick and efficient as they assist you.
